Artists Ursula and Werner Theinert, Peter Biram, Leonie Ryan and Kerrie Warren, have passionately created a body of work based on the Black Saturday Fires that raged through regional Victoria on the 7th of February 2009. Werner and I fought the fire at Callignee. All the artists have been touched by this traumatic time.
We will be making a presentation at Queen’s Hall, Parliament House in Melbourne on Friday night, the 5th of February 2010. On the same night Peter Biram will be launching a new arts movement ‘Environmental Expressionism’.. www.environmentalexpressionism.com
Please feel most wlecome to attend this very special occassion and celebrate with the artists. To reserve seats and enjoy a 3 course meal (incl. wine ) please contact Kerrie Warren on 0411480384.
